RAFAL HEYDEL MANKOO
APPOINTED AS HERALDRY CONSULTANT

Following the untimely death of our Heraldry Consultant David Lumsden of Cushnie, The Heraldic Porcelain Company is pleased to announce the appointment of
Rafal Heydel Mankoo as our new Consultant on heraldic matters.

Rafal is an editor of Burke's Peerage & Gentry and has appeared as an expert before the British House of Commons Select Committee tasked with studying reform of the British Honours System. He was the deputy editor and co-author of Burke's World Orders of Knighthood and Merit. He is also an expert on Polish nobility and is the author of The Titled Families of Poland.

For his work educating Canadians about the role and function of the Crown and the Monarchy, he was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal in 2002. He is also a Knight of Merit of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St. George.

Rafal is a Trustee of the Canadian Royal Heritage Trust, a Council Member of the Royal Stuart Society, a Committee Member of the International Churchill Society, and a Commissioner of the International Commission for Orders of Chivalry.
